Navy Jumpsuit

It's no secret that I travel often for my job. I have mentioned before that finding looks for work that are glamorous, quick and simple is very important when I have to be on the road 4-5 days a week. Its also no secret that your girl loves a jumpsuit!

I found this jumpsuit at New York & Company recently and I loved it as soon as I tried it on. The fabric is light and airy, so its super easy to throw in a suitcase and will breath when I am setting up and standing all day!

Chicago Blue

Here are more pictures from my trip in Chicago! We spent my last full day touring the city and getting in everything we could! We started the day off with brunch at Au Cheval, then Union Station, Popcorn at Garrett's, and ended the day taking pictures at The Bean in Millennium Park.

I had a great time and I am looking forward to my next trip!

I always get excited when I get to go somewhere I have never been, and even more excited when I get to see something I have never seen! My recent trip to Chicago was not only a new place and filled with new sites, but it holds one of my closest friends too!

About a year ago my friend moved from Southern California to Chicago and hit the ground running. Not only did she find a job, but has made new friends and is loving her new life! When I knew I would have some extra time to get away from work, I jumped at the chance to go see her! Of course I was worried about the weather and how I would prepare, but in true Glamazon fashion I found a way to make it work!

I found this sweater at ZARA a few weeks back when they were having a MASSIVE sale! I loved the color and the ties in the back add just enough detail to make it fun, but still a cozy sweater! I was inspired by Melody Sours from Blingaholic88 with these great leggings! She had on a pair and I knew I had to have them! You might recognize these boots from a previous post and they were perfect for the cold snowy weather!

How do you prepare for cold weather?

Mlle Coconath

One of the great things about blogging is being able to reach out to so many different bloggers and learn new styles and styling techniques. When I first started blogging I joined Independent Fashion Bloggers, which is an open forum for fashion bloggers to share ideas and learn how to grow their blogs. IFB has also been the best way for me to reach out to many bloggers to learn and share ideas.

A great blogger I have grown to really like is Coco from Mlle Coconath. Her blog showcases fashion styles that are simple, edgy, and so manageable that any girl who loves to get up and go would find their style in her posts! In two words: EASY BREEZY!  There is something to be said for styles that are feminine, edgy, and also very wearable! We ALWAYS love those!

Coco, like me, lives in a place where the climate is warm most of time. So she and I get to take advantage of wearing dresses and summer like a looks for most of the year. YAY!

Take a look at her blog and find your inspiration! No matter what the weather is!
