Whoever said that plus size girls shouldn't wear white, was sadly mistaken! I often feel liberated when I find a piece of clothing in white because I feel even more feminine than normal.Now that we're right in the middle of spring and summer is on his way I feel even more obligated to wear white and more so this dress!  And the fact that this dress is bodycon I'm more inclined to wear it! 

I feel like I should be going to a summer evening dinner or maybe even a white party in this dress! Have you ever bought a dress or a piece of clothing with the intent of wearing it somewhere you haven't even been invited to yet?! LOL!!

I have been busy with work lately, so with all the travel I needed to find something that would be great on the weekends or after work. I found this great bodysuit at a Forever21+ in Monterey. Its perfect because I don't have to worry about tucking anything in, and I can pair it with any color jeans!

Over it All

Lately I have been really busy with work, but for some reason doing some on-line shopping makes me feel a little better...lol...

I found these overalls at NY&CO (on sale now!) and I love them. They are the perfect combination between casual and dressy. I paired them with heels to create a dressier feel, but I would easily throw on a pair of converse and run all over town!

Summer Pre-Planning

I always try to get a head start on my summer planning because trying arrange schedules with the girls can be an uphill battle. The good news is that this summer seems to be planning out pretty well! Even though it is still technically spring the summer plans are rolling in and it looks like I will be spending a lot of time at the beach!

As a working professional getting dressed for work four days a week can get a little boring at times, because my professional environment doesn't always allow for much wiggle room. Now, I am girl who loves a great suit, however on Fridays we are able to dress down a little so I always look for ways to add my personal style as much as I can!

I found these great trousers at Forever21+ and I love them! I had to buy them one size up in order for them to fit in the leg and hip area, but I had them tailored in the waist for the perfect fit! Some may think tailoring is expensive, and it can be, but if you have a good tailor you will end up wearing the clothes more because you love the fit! So in that case, it is worth it because you will get your money's worth!
